—I require a 24 hour notice to cancel / change any appointments. (even if you want to reschedule), all above infractions the card on file will be charged 50% of the service total. If you are late enough to your appt that I am no longer able to service you this will result in a charge to the card on file 100% of that service total. I have a 5 MINUTE grace period. This means you must be IN MY ROOM preparing to get on the table for your service(s), not in the bathroom or walking into the lobby, within the first 5 MINUTES of your appt. — Any cancellations with 2 hour notice or less, or a no show will result in the card on file being charged 100% of the service(s) total. — ALL AREAS NEED 3-4 WEEKS OF GROWTH SINCE LAST TRIM OR SHAVE. Anything too short will result in you still being charged 100% of services. I reach out to all new clients week of their appt to access if you are too short or not. —If you are booking multi services and choose to cancel some of the services with less than 24 hour notice, same policy applies. 50% of the services canceled will still be charged on top of the total price of the services you do choose to receive. Time is alotted per service booked, cancelling service(s) without ample notice leaves gaps that someone else could have taken. —All above policies still apply to starting your menstrual cycles; I can wax you while you are on your cycle, you just need in a fresh tampon or cup. Please understand these policies are in effect to accommodate the clients looking to get in and their time, as well as my own.
